WeConnect offers TWO PACKAGES for student housing with seniors:
Services Formula
In exchange for the provision of services and daily support, the young host receives a
reduced rent.
The service formula offers advantages for each generation. On the one hand, the
sharing of services can relieve you and improve your days thanks to the company of
a young person. On the other hand, it can help students who have difficulty finding
affordable housing in these difficult economic times.
The services provided by the student will be defined during your meeting according
to your preferences. When you register, you will be able to make a selection of the
services you are interested in, such as: shopping, sharing meals, introduction to new
technologies, gardening, laundry, cleaning...
In return for his help, the student benefits from a reduced rent, which is freely defined
between you. Our goal is to stay below the market price, so we set a ceiling of
600€/month.

Classic Formula
The Classic formula offers an intergenerational cohabitation without any particular
commitment that benefits each generation. It allows you to feel less lonely on a daily
basis by finding a young dynamic roommate. Moreover, it can allow you to earn
additional income to live better.
On the other hand, you can help a student by offering him/her an affordable
accommodation in these tough economic times.
In this formula the student is free of any commitment, but the principle always lies in
a relationship of courtesy, respect, and a caring company aiming to break the
solitude.
For the accommodation that you offer to the student, the latter pays you a rent, fixed
by you. However, as our social goal is to stay below the market price, we set a price
range to respect. This one is between 200 and 800€ per month.

How does it work?
1. Registration and the 1st visit at your home
As soon as we have obtained your registration, we will contact you as soon as
possible to arrange a first meeting at your place, for a first visit and meeting of about
one hour.
This visit will allow us to visit the room you are proposing to check that everything is
in order and to take some pictures to complete your file. Then we will also determine
your different expectations and conditions for the cohabitation.
During this visit, we will also ask you to pay the file and visit fees, which are 50€.
2. Meeting with the young person
After having carefully selected a young person whose application file seems to be
compatible with yours, we will first contact him/her for an individual meeting.
This will allow us to meet with the young person in advance to verify the match between your
proposal and the young person's expectations.
3. First Meeting with the student
As soon as we have found the young person who we think is right for you, we
organize the first meeting at your home in order to confirm or invalidate your wish for mutual cohabitation.
If you have chosen the services formula, it is also during this meeting that we will
establish the final services that the student will provide.
We’ll then establish the principles of a peaceful cohabitation by going through
general conditions. It will also be the occasion to sign the lease contract between
you.
By signing the general rules, you will also commit yourself to pay the annual
subscription fee of 500€.
This fee offers you 2 guarantees:
- an accompaniment throughout the year to ensure a respectful cohabitation of the
charter and the agreement and a conciliation in case of disagreement or dysfunction
- in case of premature departure of the young person during the year, we will propose
a new young person, within the limits of the quality of the applications received at this period and subject to the good respect of the charter and your commitments during this first cohabitation.
This annual fee is valid from September to September. However, upon renewal, it will only be 200€, except if you need a new roommate.
